En este Despacho, con una base de CUATRO MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula 231523 derecho 004, NATURALEZA: PARA CONSTRUIR CON 1 CASA, DISTRITO: 3-HOSPITAL, CANTÓN: 1-SAN JOSÉ, PROVINCIA: SAN JOSÉ, NORTE: AVENIDA 30 CON 11M 67CM, SUR: NOE CASTILLO FERNÁNDEZ, ESTE: SUC DE JOSÉ RAMÍREZ ROMERO, OESTE: CALLE 20BIS CON 25M 34CM, MIDE: TRESCIENTOS OCHO METROS CON CATORCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
