En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTISIETE MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 394-12279-01-0855-001 y SERVIDUMBRE SIRVIENTE CITAS: 394-17632-01-0019001, sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Heredia, matrícula número 13205-F, derecho 000, la cual es terreno LOCAL COMERCIAL NUMERO 14.- Situada en el DISTRITO 1-HEREDIA, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de Heredia.- COLINDA: al NORTE LOCAL C.15; al SUR AREAS COMUNES; al ESTE AREAS COMUNES y al OESTE LOCAL C.15.- MIDE: TREINTA Y UN METROS CON DOS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
