Situada en el DISTRITO HATILLO, CANTÓN SAN JOSE, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-46; al SUR LOTE-44; al ESTE CALLE CON 0.7.00 MTS y al OESTE MINISTERIO DE EDUCACIÓN PUBLICA. MIDE: noventa y nueve METROS con VEINTICUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del trece de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
