Situada en el DISTRITO 3-GUAYCARA, CANTÓN 7-GOLFITO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE PARCELA 12 y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: MIL TRES METROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0139273-1993. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del nueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
