Situada en el DISTRITO 3-GUAYCARA, CANTÓN 7-GOLFITO, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE ICE; al SUR SILVERIO DIAZ; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE SILVERIO DIAZ. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS METROS CON CINCUENTA DECIMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0612748-1985. Para tal efecto, se señalan las siete horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
