Situada en el DISTRITO 3-GUAYCARA, CANTÓN 7-GOLFITO, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-32; al SUR LOTE 34-1 Y KAROL RAQUEL VARGAS GUTIERREZ; al ESTE RIO CLARO y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA.
