Situada en el DISTRITO 1-GUAPILES, CANTÓN 2-POCOCI, de la provincia de 7-LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE ZONA VERDE; al SUR HANNIA MELENDEZ CHAMORROE; al ESTE INVERSIONES JUCFRA ZZ SOCIEDAD ANONIMA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 42 METROS 35 CENTIMETROS.
