En este Despacho, con una base de DIECIOCHO MIL DÓLARES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de GUANACASTE, matrícula número ciento veinticuatro mil nueve, derecho cero cero cero, la cual es NATURALEZA: 1 TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE-48 SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 1-LA CRUZ CANTON 10-LA CRUZ DE LA PROVINCIA DE GUANACASTE FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA LINDEROS: NORTE: CALLE PUBLICA CON 8.00 METROS; SUR: TIERRICA S.A.; ESTE: LOTE-49; OESTE: LOTE-47. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS DOS METROS CON TREINTA Y CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: G-0723579-2001. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
