EN PROCESO DE EJECUCIÓN En este Despacho, Con una base de CINCUENTA Y DOS MILLONES CIENTO SETENTA MIL SEISCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO COLONES CON CINCUENTA Y UN CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 58159 - F, derecho 000, la cual es terreno FINCA FILIAL NUMERO DIEZ DE UNA PLANTA DESTINADA A LOCAL COMERCIAL EN PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN.- Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN RAFAEL, CANTÓN 2-ESCAZÚ, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ.- COLINDA: al NORTE AREA COMÚN SUR: CON RESTO RESERVADO DE ANA ISABEL PIZA ESCALANTE ESTE: FILIAL ONCE OESTE: AREA COMÚN Y CASETA DEL GUARDA. MIDE: SESENTA Y SIETE METROS CON TREINTA Y SIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del veintinueve de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
