En este Despacho, sáquese a remate los siguientes bienes inmuebles: 1) con una base de DOCE MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de GUANACASTE, matrícula número 62654 derecho 000, la cual es terreno NATURALEZA: TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR CON 1 CASA SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 1-LIBERIA CANTON 1-LIBERIA DE LA PROVINCIA DE GUANACASTE, LINDEROS: NORTE: SOFIA CHAVARRIA SANDI, SUR: ANA MARIA SALAZAR MENDEZ, ESTE: CALLE 20M, OESTE: QUEB PANTEON EN MEDIO SAN RAFAEL S.A., MIDE: SEISCIENTOS VEINTICUATRO METROS CON NOVENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: G-0790945-1988. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del veinticinco de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
