Situada en el DISTRITO 5-GUACIMA, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE VACIO; al SUR VACIO; al ESTE AREA COMUN CONSTRUIDA VESTIBULO Y ESCALERAS y al OESTE VACIO. MIDE: CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del diecisiete de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
