Situada en el DISTRITO GUACIMA, CANTÓN ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE FINCA FILIAL OCHENTA Y CINCO; al SUR FINCA FILIAL OCHENTA Y SIETE; al ESTE FINCA FILIAL NOVENTA Y SIETE y al OESTE AREA COMUN LIBRE DESTINADA A CALLE PRIVADA DE ACCESO VEHICULAR, AREA DESTINADA A ACERA Y ZONA VERDE EN MEDIO.
