Situada en el DISTRITO GRECIA, CANTÓN GRECIA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 13,24 METROS; al SUR GUILLERMO VARGAS; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 9,50 METROS y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 9,50 METROS. MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y CUATRO METROS CON VEINTIOCHO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del tres de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
