Situada en el DISTRITO 2-FLORENCIA, CANTÓN 10-SAN CARLOS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE CINCO; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 10.84 METROS; al ESTE LOTE PRIMERO y al OESTE LOTE TERCERO. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS ONCE METROS CON CUARENTA Y SIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: A-0287444-1995. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del trece de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
