Situada en el DISTRITO 6-ESQUIPULAS, CANTÓN 7-PALMARES, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 22-H; al SUR LOTE 20-H; al ESTE CALLE 3 CON 7 METROS DE FRENTE y al OESTE LOTE 10-H. MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y CUATRO METROS CON SETENTA Y CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del uno de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
