En este Despacho, con una base de DIEZ MILLONES CUATROCIENTOS CUARENTA Y SIETE MIL OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA COLONES CON TREINTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número QUINIENTOS VEINTITRÉS MIL OCHOCIENTOS NOVENTA Y SEIS- CERO CERO CERO, la cual es terreno LOTE 1 TERRENO DE SOLAR.- Situada en el DISTRITO ESQUIPULAS, CANTÓN PALMARES, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON NUEVE METROS; al SUR MERCEDES RODRIGUEZ NUÑEZ; al ESTE MERCEDES RODRIGUEZ NUÑEZ y al OESTE BARRANTES Y SOLORZANO LTDA.- MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
