Situada en el DISTRITO 1-EL TEJAR, CANTÓN 8-EL GUARCO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE AVENIDA DOS; al SUR FINCA FILIAL H-VEINTINUEVE; al ESTE FINCA FILIA H-CATORCE y al OESTE FINCA FILIAL H-DOCE. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTITRES METROS CON SETENTA Y SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
