A las TRECE HORAS TREINTA MINUTOS DEL CUATRO DE NOVIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS, en la puerta exterior de este Juzgado, REMATARE la siguiente finca del partido de San José, matrícula folio real TRES SEIS CERO OCHO UNO CERO-CERO CERO CERO, cuya naturaleza es terreno con una casa, sita DISTRITO 01 COLON CANTÓN 07 MORA PROVINCIA SAN JOSE, linda al norte Río Pacacua, sur calle pública 4 metros 50 centímetros, este Angela Badilla Hernández, oeste John Biesanz Berri, mide mil seiscientos diez metros con ochenta y cuatro decimetros cuadrados, plano catastrado número SJ0832215-2002, inscrita a nombre del señor JOSE VENTURA GARITA CARRILLO, con un valor de CIENTO CUARENTA Y DOS MILLONES QUINCE MIL CIEN COLONES EXACTOS SIN CÉNTIMOS, el cual será por el valor del bien inmueble y sin rebaja en la base en los tres señalamientos, según ordena el numeral 322 del Código Procesal de Familia y soportando anotaciones cita: 201700641897-01 y gravámenes cita: 0368-00009402-01-0901-001. De no haber postores y con la finalidad de llevar a cabo el segundo remate se programan las TRECE HORAS TREINTA MINUTOS DEL DOCE DE NOVIEMBRE DE DOS MIL VEINTISÉIS.
