SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 6-DOS RÍOS, CANTÓN 13-UPALA, PROVINCIA DE ALAJUELA. FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA. COLINDA: al NORTE, CALLE PÚBLICA; SUR, I D A; ESTE, LOTE 10; OESTE, LOTES 5, 6 Y 8. MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS QUINCE METROS CON CUARENTA Y NUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: A-0090897-1993. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del catorce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
