Situada en el DISTRITO 10-DESAMPARADOS, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE: SERVIDUMBRE SUR: CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 8 METROS 27 CENTIMETROS ESTE: LOTE-213 QUE ES RESTO DEL BANCO ANGLO COSTARRICENSE OESTE: CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 15,33 METROS MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CON NOVENTA Y SEIS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
