Situada en el DISTRITO 3-DANIEL FLORES, CANTÓN 19-PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE GIRO CRUZ S.A.; al SUR GIRO CRUZ S.A.; al ESTE CALLE PÚBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 8 METROS y al OESTE JOSÉ ROJAS CRUZ. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del treinta de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
