Situada en el DISTRITO 03 DANIEL FLORES, CANTÓN 19 PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE EL BUFO DORADO S.A.; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO y al OESTE: EL BUFO DORADO S.A. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del siete de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
