Situada en el DISTRITO 03 DANIEL FLORES, CANTÓN 19 PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE LINEAL DE 12.84 METROS; al SUR LOTE-51; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE LINEAL DE 18.93 METROS y al OESTE LOTE-49. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CINCO METROS CON NOVENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número SJ-1190783-2007. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del dieciocho de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
