COLINDA: al NORTE OSCAR BOLAÑOS PALMA; al SUR RAUL FONSECA JARA; al ESTE RAUL FONSECA JARA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS METROS CON CUARENTA Y NUEVE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número SJ-0770793-1988. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del catorce de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
