En este Despacho, se remata lo siguiente: FINCA #1: Con una base de QUINCE MILLONES SEISCIENTOS VEINTIDÓS MIL OCHOCIENTOS DIECISÉIS COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES inscritas bajo las citas 383-13064-01-0910-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número 414601, derecho 000, la cual es terreno DE PATIO CON UNA CASA.- Situada en el DISTRITO 11-CUTRIS, CANTÓN 10-SAN CARLOS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE INVERSIONES ELVAPI SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA; al SUR INVERSIONES ELVAPI SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA; al ESTE CALLE PÚBLICA CON 33.60 METROS DE FRENTE y al OESTE INVERSIONES ELVAPI SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA.- MIDE: SETECIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON VEINTIOCHO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
