En este Despacho, Con una base de DOCE MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número trescientos ochenta y dos mil setecientos noventa y seis, derecho 000, la cual es terreno CON 1 CASA BLOQUE C LOTE 27. Situada en el DISTRITO 1-CURRIDABAT, CANTÓN 18-CURRIDABAT, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 28-C; al SUR LOTE 26-C; al ESTE LOTE 25-C y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: ciento diecisiete DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
