En este Despacho, Con una base de DIEZ MILLONES SEISCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca matrícula número 2-614547-000, la cual es NATURALEZA: TERRENO DE FRUTALES; SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 1-OROTINA CANTÓN 9-OROTINA DE LA PROVINCIA DE ALAJUELA; FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA; LINDEROS: NORTE: 20901033532300; SUR: CALLE PUBLICA CON 9 METROS; ESTE: 20901039252900; OESTE: LOTE-3 DE INVERSIONES COMERCIALES DE COSTA RICA. S.A.; MIDE: DOSCIENTOS VEINTIOCHO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del veintiocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
