Situada en el DISTRITO 7-CORRALILLO, CANTÓN 1-CARTAGO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE RIO CONEJO; al SUR ARNULFO NAVARRO; al ESTE EFRAIN ROMERO y al OESTE ARNULFO HERRERA. MIDE: diez mil cuatrocientos veintiséis METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del dieciocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las nueve horas cero minutos del cinco de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de OCHO MILLONES DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del trece de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de DOS MILLONES SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
