Situada en el DISTRITO 5-CONCEPCION, CANTÓN 5-SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE SEIDY CHAVARRÍA RAMIREZ; al SUR EDUARDO RAMIREZ SÁNCHEZ; al ESTE RIO TIBAS y al OESTE LOTE UNO. MIDE: SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del diecinueve de julio de dos mil veintisiete.
