Situada en el DISTRITO CONCEPCIÓN, CANTÓN SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORESTE: CALLE PUBLICA, NOROESTE: RAMON VEGA MIRANDA, SURESTE: 3-102-589241 SRL, SUROESTE: 3-102-589241 SRL. MIDE: MIL CIENTO QUINCE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
