Situada en el DISTRITO 5-CONCEPCION, CANTÓN 5-SAN RAFAEL, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE INVERSIONES PRIBO .A.; al SUR INVERSIONES PRIBO S.A.; al ESTE OLGA CORDERO ROJAS Y CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE INVERSIONES PRIBO S.A.. MIDE: MIL CIENTO SESENTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas veinticinco minutos del veinte de setiembre de dos mil veintisiete.
