En este Despacho, con una base de doscientos cuarenta y seis millones trescientos treinta mil colones, soportando gravamen bajo citas: 800-892730-01-0001-001, sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Puntarenas, matrícula número 255015, derecho 000, descrita por el plano número P-0059610-2022, el cual mide tres mil quinientos metros cuadrados, ubicado en Puntarenas, Cantón Puntarenas, Distrito Cóbano, terreno uso mixto. Colinda al Norte Calle Pública, Miradores ecológicos S.A., Inder; al sur David Charles Llewellyn Mears Bower; al Este Miradores ecológicos S.A., Inder y al Oeste Calle Pública y David Charles Llewellyn Mears Bower. Para el primer remate y con una base de doscientos cuarenta y seis millones trescientos treinta mil colones para lo cual se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del primero de setiembre del año dos mil veintiséis.
