Situada en el DISTRITO 4-CIRRI SUR, CANTÓN 6-NARANJO, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE DORIS ARRIETA MORERA; al SUR DORIS ARRIETA MORERA; al ESTE SALIDA A CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE DORIS ARRIETA MORERA. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA METROS CON DIECINUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: A-0319659-1996. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del ocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
