Situada en el DISTRITO CINCO ESQUINAS, CANTÓN TIBAS, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE SUCESION ROBERTO RAMON BLESA; al SUR INES GOMEZ ZAMORA; al ESTE ROBERTO VARGAS ARROYO y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 10M 17CM. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS CON DOCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del cinco de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
