Situada en el DISTRITO 12-CHACARITA, CANTÓN 1-PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE MARITZA TORRES VALLEJOS; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE CARLOS VILLAREAL VENEGAS y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y OCHO METROS CON VEINTISÉIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0876128-2003. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
