En este Despacho, Con una base de QUINCE MILLONES CUATROCIENTOS CUARENTA Y SEIS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando PLAZO DE CONVALIDACIÓN (RECTIFICACIÓN DE MEDIDA) CITAS: 2018-48179-01-0003-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número ciento un mil noventa y dos, derecho 000, la cual es terreno CON UNA CASA DE HABITACIÓN. Situada en el DISTRITO CHACARITA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE INVU; al SUR INVU; al ESTE ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 09 METROS y al OESTE INVU. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y DOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del dieciocho de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
