Situada en el DISTRITO 2-CERVANTES, CANTÓN 6-ALVARADO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE CAMINO PÚBLICO; al SUR CARRETERA NACIONAL; al ESTE BOCA CALLE y al OESTE HERBERT ARAYA CASTRO. MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS NOVENTA Y UN METROS CON QUINCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas treinta minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
