Situada en el DISTRITO 5-CASCAJAL, CANTÓN 11-VAZQUEZ DE CORONADO, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE al SUR: CALLE PUBLICA, al ESTE: FAUSTO ZUÑIGA CHAVES al OESTE: LOTE y al NOROESTE: HERMANOS ZUÑIGA CHAVES. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS VEINTITRES METROS CON CUARENTA Y SEIS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: SJ-0213943-1994. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del tres de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
