En este despacho, 1) Con una base de SEIS MILLONES TRESCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA BAJO LAS CITAS 317-07573-01-0901-001, sáquese a remate la finca del partido de CARTAGO, matrícula número 175080-000, la cual es NATURALEZA: LOTE VEINTIUNO TERRENO DE SOLAR. Situada en el DISTRITO (01) TURRIALBA, CANTÓN (05) TURRIALBA, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 22; al SUR LOTE 20; al ESTE LOTE 09 y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CIENTO SETENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON NOVENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del doce de octubre del año dos mil veintiséis.
