Situada en el DISTRITO (03) SAN JUAN, CANTÓN (03) LA UNIÓN, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE con LOTE 60-B, 61-B, 62-B; al SUR LOTE 64-B; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 10 METROS y al OESTE LOTE 58-B. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
