Situada en el DISTRITO 4-CARRILLOS, CANTÓN 8-POAS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE: CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 9,85 MTS SUR: JEFFEREY LAURENCE GOULD STER ESTE: RESTO OESTE: RESTO MIDE: CIENTO OCHENTA Y CINCO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del catorce de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
