Situada en el DISTRITO 3-CARRANDI, CANTÓN 5-MATINA, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR RIO TORO; al ESTE DAVID AVELLAN GONZALEZ y al OESTE DAVID AVELLAN GONZALEZ. MIDE: MIL DOSCIENTOS SIETE METROS CUADRADOS METROS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del nueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
