Situada en el DISTRITO CARRANDI, CANTÓN MATINA, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE HUGO SIBAJA DELGADO; al SUR ROSA IRIS SIBAJA ARIAS; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE VEINTICUATRO METROS, 16 CENTÍMETROS LINEALES y al OESTE ROSA IRIS HIDALGO ARIAS. MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del treinta de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
