Situada en el DISTRITO CARIARI, CANTÓN POCOCI, de la provincia de LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE JOSE MANUEL MORALES CASTRO Y SERVIDUMBRE AGRICOLA CON UN ANCHO 7 METROS; al SUR RIO TORTUGUERO; al ESTE RIO TORTUGUERO y al OESTE BANANERA TORTUGUERO S.A. MIDE: TRECE MIL DOSCIENTOS OCHENTA Y UN METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
