En este Despacho, con una base de OCHO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y CINCO MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES COLONES CON SETENTA Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Guanacaste, matrícula número 122922-000, la cual es TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE 15 F SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 1CAÑAS CANTON 6-CAÑAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE GUANACASTE FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA LINDEROS: NORTE: I.N.V.U., SUR: I.N.V.U., ESTE: AVENIDA UNO, OESTE: I.N.V.U., MIDE:CIENTO SESENTA METROS CON QUINCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: G-0697046-2001. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del diecinueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
