MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y TRES METROS CON TREINTA Y OCHO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las siete horas treinta minutos del treinta y uno de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
