Situada en el DISTRITO 1-BUENOS AIRES, CANTÓN 3-BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE BERNARDITA MEJIAS ROJAS; al SUR PALINA CEDEÑO MARTÍNEZ; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE BERNARDITA MEJIAS ROJAS. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO METROS CON OCHENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, según plano catastrado número P-1207801-2008.
