Situada en el DISTRITO 09 BRUNKA, CANTÓN 03 BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE EGILNO VALVERDE SALAZAR Y QUEBRADA; al SUR JAVIER FONSECA BOLAÑOS; al ESTE QUEBRADA RESBALOSA EN MEDIO DE SAÚL FERNÁNDEZ y al OESTE CALLE PÚBLICA. MIDE: DIECISÉIS MIL TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del veintitrés de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
