Situada en el DISTRITO 1-BARVA, CANTÓN 2-BARVA, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE JORGE ENRIQUE MADRIGAL CONEJO; al SUR GAMANIEL VILLALOBOS ZUMBADO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 07,10 MTS y al OESTE TERESA MONTERO ARAYA. MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON NOVENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS.
