Situada en el DISTRITO BARRANCA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE MARIA NUÑEZ ZAPATA; al SUR INCOP; al ESTE JOSE ANGEL SEGURA RODRÍGUEZ y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 19,17. MIDE: QUINIENTOS SETENTA Y DOS METROS CON CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
